cultures, and during my time at university, I had the opportunity to study abroad in the UK. There, I witnessed firsthand the depth and global recognition of Japanese culture. As a Japanese, I felt the strong need to know more about my own culture, and upon returning to Japan, I began studying Ikebana Sogetsu-ryu, seeking guidance from the headmaster. As I deepened my understanding of tea ceremony, calligraphy, and bushido, I realized the profound beauty and depth of Japanese culture. There is a richness in Japanese culture that modern people have stopped appreciating. I also feel a sense of urgency to preserve and pass on this beautiful culture, both in Japan and around the world. It would be my pleasure to share with you the immeasurable richness that can be experienced through Ikebana.
